I recommend you not to trust the false teachers who hide under sheep’s clothing

If they preach ease, do not believe them, if they speak without righting wrongs, do not believe them, if they give you the impression that the world is good, beautiful and that it is enough to love, do not believe them, Our Lord said the opposite

I recommend you not to trust the false teachers who hide under sheep’s clothing

Pastors of the Holy Catholic Church…

“The time has come, and I will not delay, to make known to the world its state of sadness and sin. The world was cleansed by the Flood and it was a great courage for Noah to start from scratch. He did not know where he was, he was alone with his immediate family and the earth was empty of any human population. When he got drunk, it was out of ignorance of the alcoholic effect of fermentation and God did not hold it against him. But He blamed Canaan, the son of his son Ham, for watching him without helping him. This account of Noah’s drunkenness explains the destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah because wine and the drunkenness it produced were widespread there and caused the population to commit great sins. When Noah woke up after his first drunkenness, he was careful, but some of his descendants, aware of the exciting effect of wine, used it for their amusement and many depravities.

Thus, after a few generations following Noah, God brought down fire on these two cities and wiped them off the map of the world.

He will also do this to our materialistic and depraved world. Many are still pious but their religion has been corrupted. This beautiful Catholic religion has been assailed by the demon of liberalism, which is permissive and leads to unrestricted tolerance. This spirit has encouraged dialogue between separate or false religions. The role of the Holy Catholic Church is to teach and propagate, not to rank with others. Our Lord Jesus Christ taught and founded His Church to continue this mission so that converts could share in eternal life.

When a man does not know Jesus Christ, the gospel says, he cannot have part with Him. “No one comes to the Father except through Me” (Jn 14:6). The Church therefore has an absolute role, that of preaching, teaching, baptizing and strengthening souls through the Sacraments. This is her role, not to dialogue or share her material goods with hostile or unbelieving non-believers. The Holy Church is the bride of Jesus Christ and what is the role of a bride: to welcome children into her home, to raise them and prepare them for adult life. The bridegroom, Our Lord Jesus Christ, gives His graces so that she remains in the truth and is fertile. Her children, baptized, are destined for eternal life; therefore, She must watch over them, teach them, direct them in their daily life on all fronts: with Her doctrinal and moral directives, and everything that makes up their life interests her.

The priest should be a good counselor, and to be a good counselor he must have a life offered to God in prayer and truth. The priest is not only a good counselor, he is the representative of Jesus Christ on earth, and as such he must strive especially for holiness.”

“Priests, My servants, are My first co-workers and as such should be blameless. They should be educated both in their accession to the priesthood and afterwards, because for them, the study of good doctrine and the salvation of souls is a priority. The priest cannot work for himself, he works for the Lord and his apostolate alone should be dear to him. If he has personal gifts, if they are advantageous for his apostolate, he can use them to better win souls to God. But he must forget them if they do not bring him souls to convert or to direct to God.

Natural gifts are gifts of the natural order, but the sacrament of Holy Orders is like a spiritual gift that goes beyond the natural order and supersedes it. If a priest has the gift of the word, he will exercise it in his preaching and in all the opportunities he has to teach. If the priest is gifted in music, he will be able to make people praise God by singing or by the variety of beautiful religious compositions, etc. The priest is God’s man and his only concern will be to bring to His Master as many souls as possible.

When a church has only a few parishioners in church on Sunday, does the priest care? If so, his church will fill up because he will take all the means he can to make sure that the church is filled with good and faithful people. And the Lord God will listen to his prayers, He will answer them. If the priest is fervent, his parishioners will be too; if the priest is negligent, he will neither sow nor reap. This is how the holy Curé d’Ars transformed his small parish of Ars into a center that would see large crowds flock to it. It is the leader who sets the tone, and the leader of a parish is its priest. The parish priest must be holy, preach the right doctrine and be concerned about the zeal of his flock.

It is the same for bishops who are the fathers of their priests. They must know them well, encourage them, advise them and love them. They must take care of their concerns and be known by the faithful as well. Episcopal visits should be for the faithful and for their priests a great moment of unity and of sincere gratitude. If the bishop is distant and too often away from the people of God, he will know his diocese poorly and will be absent, caught up in administrative tasks. The good bishop is concerned about his priests, encourages them and remains accessible. He rights wrongs, restores righteousness and behaves as much as possible like the apostle Paul.

When a bishop is holy, his priests will be holy and the great number of the faithful will be holy or at least fervent.

“You will know the tree by its fruit,” I said during My earthly life, and this word is found in Mt 7:15-20. I said to them: “Beware of false prophets who come to you disguised as sheep but inside are rapacious wolves. By their fruits you will recognize them. St. Peter, in his 2nd epistle, chapter 2, also speaks of false teachers, the lessons of the past and the punishment to come.”

He also says: “Be zealous to add to your faith virtue, to virtue knowledge, to knowledge temperance, to temperance steadfastness, to steadfastness godliness, to godliness brotherly love, and to brotherly love: charity” (2 Pet 1:5-7).

When a priest deviates from this path indicated by the first pope of the Holy Church, he will also deviate from his mission and will lead his flock along a circuitous route. The priest needs faith, virtue, knowledge of doctrine, moderation, piety, love for his flock and the charity that makes him love them for the love of God. If the priest, and even more so the bishop, lacks one of these requirements, he will not be the good shepherd that God wants him to be. If he lacks one of these requirements, one leading to the other, he will not be a good shepherd, as St. Peter, the first pope, affirmed.

What is the situation today? Many moral scandals have shaken the holy Church in recent decades. Did these priests or prelates have faith? It is permissible to doubt it. Faith flourishes in virtues, not in vices. Knowledge flows from virtue, says St. Peter, but what doctrine can priests, who are not virtuous, teach? Do they teach the perpetual doctrine of the Holy Church? Do they study after their seminary years to teach their faithful and lead them to the perfection of holiness? The popes of all times have written encyclicals to right wrongs and encourage the faithful in the one Truth. These encyclicals are for all times because they deal with a subject of Catholic truth. Truth that does not change unlike man who is changeable.

That is why, My dear Children, I recommend you not to trust the false teachers who hide under sheep’s clothing. If they preach ease, do not believe them, if they speak without righting wrongs, do not believe them, if they give you the impression that the world is good, beautiful and that it is enough to love, do not believe them, Our Lord said the opposite (Jn 17, 14-18): convinced Christians are in the world but they are not of the world, the priest is their guide and he must behave as such, that is, he must not take them on paths that do not lead to Heaven.

Today is the hour of the wolves, but many of the faithful do not realize it. And I, Jesus Christ, your Lord, come to help you recognize them. Compare my words, those of the Gospel, with those of your priests and bishops; if they differ, do not be afraid, I am with you and I am leading you to green pastures. Be attentive, read especially the Gospels, the Epistles and the Apocalypse, and you will know that the Church will meet a very great trial: this trial is for the present times. I have warned you and I warn you again, because I am with you always, until the end of the centuries.

May God be blessed for His so great Mercy, may He be adored, loved and cherished more than any created being.”
