1. How will the Antichrist manifest himself?

First of all, we must remember that Jesus ascended into Heaven from the Mount of Olives 40 days after His Resurrection. The Holy Spirit descended from Heaven 10 days later, on the day of Pentecost.

“(Jesus) Then He led them out as far as Bethany (just outside the city of Jerusalem) and, raising His hands, blessed them. While He was blessing them, He parted from them and was taken up into Heaven. And they, after worshiping Him, returned to Jerusalem with great joy”.

“(Jesus) …was lifted up before their very eyes, and a cloud took him out of their sight. And as they were gazing into the sky while he was going away, behold, two men in white robes stood before them and said:

«Men of Galilee, why do you stand looking up toward heaven? This Jesus, who has been taken up from you into heaven, will return one day in the same way you saw Him go into heaven.’ Then they returned to Jerusalem from the Mount of Olives, which is as close to Jerusalem as the distance permitted on a Sabbath».”

Maria Valtorta (Vol. 10, “The Gospel as It Was Revealed to Me” or “Poem of the Man-God”) offers us a broader, more detailed account of the time and the Ascension of Jesus into Heaven from the Mount of Olives (around 9 a.m.):

“…Jesus is standing on a large, slightly protruding rock, gleaming white amid the green grass of a clearing. The sun shines upon him, making His robe gleam like snow and His hair shine like gold. His eyes sparkle with a divine light. He opens His arms in a gesture of embrace. It seems as though He wishes to hold close to His heart all the multitudes of the Earth, whom His spirit sees represented in that crowd. His unforgettable, inimitable voice gives the final command:

«Go! Go in My Name to evangelize the nations to the ends of the Earth. May God be with you. May His love comfort you, His light guide you, and His peace dwell in you until eternal life».

(Jesus) is transfigured in beauty. Beautiful! As beautiful as—and even more so than—on Mount Tabor. Everyone (the Apostles, the disciples, the devout women) falls to their knees in adoration. As He rises from the rock upon which He rests, He seeks His Mother’s face one last time, and His smile reaches a power that no one will ever be able to convey… It is His final farewell to His Mother.

He rises, rises… The sun, now even freer to kiss Him, since not even the slightest branch blocks the path of its rays, strikes with its radiance the God-Man ascending with His Most Holy Body to Heaven, and reveals His glorious Wounds, which shine like living rubies. The rest is a pearly laughter of light. It is truly the Light manifesting itself for what it is, in this final moment just as on Christmas night. Creation sparkles with the light of Christ as He ascends. A light that surpasses that of the sun. A superhuman and most blessed light. A light descending from Heaven to meet the Light that ascends… And Jesus Christ, the Word of God, vanishes from human sight in this ocean of splendor […] (All those present) are struck speechless with religious awe, and remain there, as if waiting, until two pure white angelic lights, in mortal form, appear, speaking the words recorded in the first chapter of the Acts of the Apostles:

«Men of Galilee, why do you stand gazing up at the sky? This Jesus, who has now been taken from you and received into Heaven, His eternal dwelling place, will come again from Heaven at the appointed time, just as He has now departed».”

Details on how the Antichrist will manifest himself:

St. Michael the Archangel: 

“When the antichrist announces his appearance, you must disconnect all the devices through which his voice can be seen or filtered; […] Get accustomed from now on to silence in your homes; let these means of communication remain turned off for as long as possible, so that when the time of the antichrist comes, you children of God, seed of My Father, will already be prepared.”

Jesus the Good Shepherd: 

“Beware My children, of bringing into your homes the image of My adversary which is already circulating in the world with the words, ‘The friend who never fails.’ So be alert and vigilant, because that image is not Me, do not go to give room in your homes to My adversary, so that you do not get unpleasant surprises and have to regret. The images of the antichrist will come to life and will open the door of the homes where they are exposed to My adversary and his apostate angels.”

“My children, I remind you once again, seal with My Blood: Televisions, radios, telephones, equipment, computers and all your material and spiritual goods; do not receive anything from strangers and ask for much discernment from My Holy Spirit, because many companies and multinationals are at the service of My adversary and in the times of the new world order, everything will be marked with the mark of My adversary or with the seal of the [global order new]. Refrain from consuming those products.”

Maria the Mystical Rose: 

“The total collapse of the economy is approaching; paper money will lose its value; many riches will roll on the ground and many will go mad seeing their empires fall. Water will be scarce in many places and thirst and hunger will seize many nations. Winds of war are approaching, the emissaries of evil want to destabilize peace, to prepare the way for the antichrist and to implant on earth his regime of slavery and subjugation of the nations.”

“Little children, do not believe those who will announce the return of the messiah to this world. That one whom the media will announce is not My Son, that one is the antichrist disguised as My Son.”

2. What else should we keep in mind when the Antichrist appears??

Therefore, it will be vital to consider and remember these details when the Antichrist makes his appearance:

• The Time: Will it be at the same hour or at night? By natural means or through sophisticated holographic and technological systems?
• The Place: Will it be geographically the same Mount of Olives or another location?
• The Moment: Will he appear in a time of peace or war?
• The Manner: How will it be possible to distinguish the false “Messiah” if he speaks as one who is thoroughly versed in the Scriptures?

The only way will be to have strong faith and to remember the words of the Angel to those present at the Ascension:

«This Jesus, who has been taken up from among you into Heaven, will one day return in the same way that you saw Him go into Heaven».

Those who remember this detail from the Scriptures will be able to recognize the Antichrist.

3. Who will be granted the grace from Heaven to recognize the Antichrist??

Who will be part of the select group of people capable of recognizing the Antichrist?

• Those who pray the Holy Rosary every day
• Those who observe and put into practice all 10 Commandments, without exception.
• Those who read the Holy Scriptures.
• Those who frequently receive the Sacrament of Confession.
• Those who receive the Eucharist even every day.
• Those who do not offend the Lord, both inside and outside His House, through idolatrous practices and the abuses of modernism.
• Those who put the Lord first in their lives.

And what about the others —those who won’t recognize him?

Will 2029, then, be the year of the Antichrist’s appearance and the establishment of his global reign lasting about three and a half years [1], which is expected to end in late 2032, before 2033, the Jubilee Year of the Lord’s Resurrection (according to the Catholic priest with the stigmata, Father James Manjackal of India), 2,000 years after Christ’s Resurrection?

1. For instance, the book of Revelation states that the Antichrist and his kingdom will be allowed to continue for 42 months (Rev. 13:5), which is a very specific length of time. If we combine this with knowledge from Daniel’s prophecy of the Seventy Weeks (or the 70 sets of 7 years), we know that each year of the 7 years within the 70th Week will be 360 days long (which is the Jewish calendar year). Using this figure for the number of days in a Jewish year, each month must be 30 days in length (360/12 = 30); therefore the total length of the Antichrist’s reign can be easily calculated to be exactly 1,260 days [(42 months × 30 days/month) = 1,260 days)] or the first 3½ years leading to the end.
