Jesus explains the Resurrection in Heaven for readers who want to save their souls

Today, many no longer believe in eternal life, and yet the earth exists for Heaven’s sake. It derives its life and providence from Heaven; it imparts motion to existence, which continues until the end of its days, precisely because Heaven sustains it and to which it must return

Volto Santo di Nostro Signore Gesù Cristo

(Reading: 2 mins)

Jesus: “My little Mary, in today’s Gospel, the Sadducees—who do not believe in the resurrection—try to trap Me with the story of a widow who had seven childless brothers.

‘In Heaven, whose wife will this woman be?’ they ask Me.

Their reasoning is very human and earthly, so I reply that in Heaven there will no longer be wives or husbands; no marital bonds or family ties will remain, as you have known them on earth.

You will all be spirits, all brothers and sisters, whose one and only spouse and Lord is the Lord God, and the only marital bond experienced is His love, which radiates and permeates the souls that love one another perfectly.

You will recognize one another, yes, by what you have lived through and the role you played with one another; you will remember the times of holiness and worth, the beautiful moments in the Lord and in your brotherhood, while you will have forgotten what was negative and erroneous—for, now that it has been washed away and purified, you will be able to live only in the joy of every perfection in the Kingdom.

Likewise, you will forget those who lived alongside you—who, though united by family ties, have passed away—so that you may live in the absolute love of utter purity and happiness, unclouded by memories and sorrows that might make you miss them.

When the resurrection of the bodies takes place, they will rise again in joy according to the works they have performed:

Il giudizio delle anime e la preghiera

If they were holy works, and if their souls have already been reborn and risen in God, the bodies will be reunited to form spiritualized, resurrected bodies, having become divine in their newly acquired heavenly potentials.

They, [the bodies], will cease to have any material function that has lost its meaning in Paradise: you will no longer need them.

From then on, we will live united in a new dimension of life, as a single divine family.

Today, many no longer believe in eternal life, and yet the earth exists for Heaven’s sake. It derives its life and providence from Heaven; it imparts motion to existence, which continues until the end of its days, precisely because Heaven sustains it and to which it must return.

If there were no resurrection, this world—which consists mostly of tribulations, injustices, and sorrows, illnesses, and wars—would be a defeat, and its very existence a loss.

What meaning would it have? Whereas in Heaven, which awaits it, it acquires its value, its vindication, and its redemption.

Such suffering becomes redemption for the sins committed, rebirth from one’s own transience, and elevation to the preciousness of your being and the legacy you carry. Your endured suffering becomes purification and sanctification for a new and higher life and dimension, where such transience and limitations will no longer have a hold on you, and you will become eternally alive in every good.

This new life will no longer need what bound you to the earth.

There will be a new context, a new reality to savor and experience, for I affirm that all who have already departed from this earth are alive, and those who have chosen the Lord are alive in God—who is God, as the Holy Word says—the God of Isaac, of Jacob, and of all His children, who are alive.

  • Your breath will no longer be oxygen, but the breath of the Most Holy Father.
  • Your heart will no longer beat in its own rhythm, but will resound with the infused love of the Most Holy One.
  • Your words will radiate and be expressed even from your thoughts.
  • Your roles will change: they will be predestined to love in the joy of the resurrection, which will become infinite.

I bless you.”
