«I am your Lord, your almighty God, and whatever I command in Heaven and on earth comes to pass.

On earth, My Authority is absolute, and nothing happens unless I permit it, even if it is the devil who promotes it. Yes, I allow the devil to act because he acts as a consequence of sin, evil, negligence, and ill will.

He is currently the master of the world because of the nations’ abdication before him and their apostasy.

He is therefore the all-powerful master, and he reigns supreme.

What is his law?

It is the law of the scum, because all demons are evil, corrupt, perverse, and malevolent.

The Angels have received numerous treasures that surpass the gifts given to the human race: they possess a supernatural strength that man does not have, and they derive it directly from God.

The fallen angels are evil spirits, and the demons under their command run rampant on earth because I do not oppose them.

Why do I not oppose them?

Because I have given man freedom, and if he misuses it—that is, in a negative way—it is the consequence of apostasy [1].

Man has turned away from Me, and by turning away from Me—no longer praying to Me, no longer respecting Me, having rejected My authority to entrust it to men—they have turned away from Me and from My blessings.

• Without Me, the devil reigns.
• Without Me, who am Peace, you will have—you do have—the absence of peace, the absence of goodness and of material goods.

Apostasy leads to hell in both the spiritual and material worlds.

My children, know that the time has come for the great confrontation:

• Between good and evil;
• Between truth and falsehood;
• Between charity and its absence.

The world is such that if faith is lacking, the enemy runs rampant because he hates My creation, and he will hate it until he is confined to the Abyss with no possibility of escape. He detests hell even though he has no place anywhere else, and for now, he wants to create hell on earth.

He begins with France because it is—or was—the eldest daughter of the Church since the baptism of Clovis [2]; and My doctrine spread from France to Europe and from Europe to the world.

[France] is therefore the current target because the devil hates it and wants to destroy it; and he is working toward this through anarchist and rebellious movements.

These movements detest France because they have received everything from Her, yet not enough, since the Catholic faith was not taught to them and the missionaries have ceased to exist due to a loss of faith.

The churches have lost the rite that gave rise to the cathedrals [3] —those edifices built entirely for the glory of God and for future generations.

The France of the cathedrals is unique in the world, even though other countries also have cathedrals. But France is the most beautiful conquest of the Virgin Mary, who inscribed her initial [4] on this land of France, and She will raise it up again because I will heed her supplication, and through her, its greatness will return.

My Mother is Queen of France, and She looks upon Her beloved land with dismay because it is suffering the effects of its unfaithfulness, and these effects will not cease until it falls to its knees to ask for forgiveness and repent.

My Children, perform acts of penance, offer public prayers, go to Marian pilgrimage sites [5] —alone or in groups—but pray to My Mother, for it is through Her that help will come; She is your Mother, and a Mother is effective when Her children are in danger.

Rise up, My Children; do not remain passive while the wicked stir up trouble and sow chaos [6]. After the chaos will come attacks, and after the attacks will come crimes.

My children are not safe; therefore, you too must be warriors of Christ the King: He is your Master, I am your Master, and with Me, you will always be victorious.

I am forming My Army—the Army of Christ’s soldiers—faithful, steadfast, and armed with their Rosary, that formidable weapon so feared by the devil and his minions.

Pray the Rosary, keep it with you, and thus armed, you will be formidable against the demonic horde—those agitators and troublemakers.

My Children, I trust in your faithfulness; be My elite, and others will follow until the conversion of France, its neighboring countries, and the rest of the world.

It all begins with one, just as I have shown you by example; twelve followed, and then thousands upon thousands.

I will hear you; I will listen to you.

My Mother, so dear to My Heart as Father and Husband, will listen to you, and all of Heaven will rally to bring you peace, joy, and a great, upright, and fervent faith.

Pray, My children, pray; it is through prayer that salvation will come.
