§1
(Reading: 4 mins)
«My dearest ones, I want to explain how My Mother lived My Passion, My Crucifixion and My Death. Then how She lived the days that followed.
Her sorrow was immense, but She knew that I was God and that nothing could happen apart from My Will. She cried a lot because what I was going through was so cruel, and you wouldn’t wish that on your worst enemy.
She accepted each moment without revolt, as I accepted it in total submission to My Father’s Will. When I died and came down from the Cross, Her Heart was torn. Yes, Her heart broke, but She understood the reason for My suffering and Death. She knew, but that did not ease her pain.
And when She returned with John that [Friday] evening, both downcast and stunned, She knew that the Resurrection was near, and She kept praying, uniting with Me and with God the Trinity as She awaited the known moment of Glory and Victory. She was intensely united to Me, and as She prayed, She waited.
John did not know, though he should have remembered My words, while My Mother knew, She had Faith and in those moments of deep consternation, She held the future Church on Her shoulders and in Her Heart. Mother of the Church, She gave birth to the Church and the Church was born. She gave birth to the Church after intense pain, but firm in Her Faith, She never doubted.
This is how My Mother earned the title of Mother of the Holy Church, and She absolutely deserves it.
She opens Her arms to all Her children, She awaits them all, just as I said:
“And when I am lifted up from the earth, will draw all men to Myself” (Jn 12:32).
I knew why I was enduring this Passion, and so did My Mother. We were united in suffering as we had been since My Birth, My life held no secrets for Her, She knew Her Son even though He was God, and She had the greatest and deepest attachment to God.
Although it is not recorded in the Gospels, yet it could not be otherwise, I appeared to Her immediately after My Resurrection, I was Victorious, Glorious and very much Alive [1].

Risen Jesus appears to His Mother. “Mary is prostrated with Her face on the floor. She looks like a poor wretch. She looks like that withered flower of which She has spoken.
The closed window is opened with a violent banging of the heavy shutters, and with the first ray of the sun, Jesus enters.
Mary, Who has been shaken by the noise and has raised Her head to see which wind has opened the shutters, sees Her radiant Son: handsome, infinitely more handsome than He was before suffering, smiling, lively, brighter than the sun, dressed in a white garment that seems woven light, and Who is advancing towards Her.
She straightens Herself up on Her knees and crossing Her hands on Her breast, She says with a sob that is joy and grief: « Lord, My God ». And She remains thus, enraptured in contemplating Him, with Her face all washed by tears, but made serene, pacified by His smile and by the ecstasy.
But He does not want to see His Mother on Her knees, like a servant. And He calls Her, stretching out His hands, from the wounds of which emanate rays that make His glorious Flesh even brighter: « Mother! » But it is not the sorrowful word of the conversations and the farewells before His Passion, or the heart-rending lament of the meeting on Calvary and of the agony. It is a cry of triumph, of joy, of freedom, of rejoicing, of love, of gratitude. And He bends over His Mother, Who dare not touch Him, and He places His hands under Her bent elbows, and He lifts Her up, He presses Her to His Heart and kisses Her.
Oh! Mary realizes then that it is not a vision, that it is Her Son Who has really risen, that it is Her Jesus, the Son Who still loves Her as a Son. And with a cry, She flings Her arms round His neck, and She embraces and kisses Him, laughing in Her weeping.”
My Mother was transformed by this, as if already in the heights of Heaven. She said nothing about it because God was directing His Plan and His future Holy Church.
§2
My Mother’s suffering during My Passion and Crucifixion was so excessive that She was inwardly demolished.
But She stood erect and turned to God to lean on Him. He held Her as if He were holding Her elbows, otherwise She would not have been able to hold on. But Her will was to stay with Her Son, and this invisible help kept Her from collapsing.
She stood stoically (for the entire time of the Crucifixion, Agony and Death on the Cross), looking at Her Son, encouraging Him with Her tearful but courageous gaze, and He himself found some consolation in seeing Her standing there with Him [2].

[2] 100 % as stated in Maria Valtorta’s “The Gospel as revealed to Me”, Volume IX, Chapter 609: “The Crucifixion, Death and Deposition from the Cross”.
I knew everything She was feeling, and We were both in the same shared suffering. My suffering was total, moral and physical, and so was My Mother’s, but Her wounds were internal.
I took care of Her by entrusting Her to My beloved disciple, and She humbly accepted this ultimate thoughtfulness from the Son of God and from Her, His Mother.
§3
Through the Holy Sacrifice, She retroactively obtained exoneration from original sin, the immaculate whiteness of Her Soul and Her title of Mother of the Savior.
“I am the Immaculate Conception”, She said in Lourdes to Her devoted Bernadette, and acquired this title at the foot of the Cross.
Through the Cross, the Lord Jesus repaired His Creation, giving it back its grace, its divine attachment and all its inner beauty.
The devil was no longer the only master on board, the Most Holy Virgin repaired Eve’s sin followed by Adam’s, and the creature once again became pleasing to God. Grace once again flooded the Earth, and ignorant men spoiled by sin could once again turn to God the Father, their Father by the grace of the Son in union with the Holy Spirit.
I am waiting for you now, My sons, My brothers, My beloved, you are Mine, redeemed and worthy of Me as long as you follow Me and desire Me.
I bless you; I love you; I await you!
In the Name (+) of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. So be it.
Your Crucified Saviour and your God».
