“[…] When those difficult days come, some of you will not fear, because you will trust in God, and because the Lord is Almighty, even when He allows evil to seemingly flood the earth. Your hope will enable you to face these difficulties in the calm of your souls, with the inner peace I offer you, which will enable you to escape the anxiety and worry of those without hope.
You love Me, I love you, and you will experience this love through your trust in Me, your serenity and your self-control, unlike all those who do not put their trust in Me.
You will soon experience unexpected events, France and Europe will be particularly affected, but you, My children, will not weaken.
You will pray to Me with constancy and abandon yourselves to Me, that is, to My divine Providence. You must not waver, you must not abandon Me, you must not let yourselves be taken over by the worries of your loved ones: on the contrary, you must encourage them, be present with them, and your serenity and calm will be contagious.
My children, read the Old Testament and see how powerful Yahweh, the God of Israel, was, and how often He sent leaders to lead His people out of trouble. And then how unfaithful these people were to Him, to the point of putting Jesus Christ, His only Son, His Word, to death, because they wouldn’t listen to Him.
And so, it remains today: His people have spread to the whole earth, but the formerly Christian nations who built cathedrals to honor Almighty God have forgotten Him, they have turned away from Him, they have apostatized, and the Name of God no longer has a place in government assemblies.
Odious secularism has taken the place that should have been occupied by the Almighty, who nonetheless remains Almighty and perfectly Merciful. In spite of this, God doesn’t let Himself be shut up in the silence they want to impose on Him, He doesn’t let Himself be ousted in spite of His empty chair, which they wanted to replace with popular assemblies totally disconnected from the faith, the only true religion and divine laws.
My children, when God is pushed aside, the demons become enchanted and take over.
What does the devil do then?
He thinks he’s the King, because he’s the Prince of this world, and he wants us to know it. To show his power, he destroys, opposes and fights.
This is how Notre-Dame de Paris was set on fire, how the S.-Pierre-et-S.-Paul cathedral in Nantes was set on fire, how many churches are being vandalized, and how the Catholic religion is under particular attack.
The scurrilous laws affecting the family are his work, and as long as he can break, obstruct and legislate, he will do so, since he is the Prince of this world and men want it that way too.
Even Rome is affected, the holy city, the city of light of the world, the seat of the successors of the Apostle Peter, and the Blessed Virgin Mary predicted at La Salette in 1846: “Rome will lose its faith” [1].
My dear children, it’s hard to see clearly, it’s hard to be autonomous, not to be influenced by what people say, by the so-called moralism, by political correctness, by the media word that has invaded homes through radio, television and social networks.
And yet, it is possible, it is even urgent to be Catholic, to believe deeply in the only true faith, in the only true religion, the one taught by the Word of God, I Myself, your Lord Jesus Christ, who speaks to you through this letter.
[…] If you pick up the Gospel […] you’ll read the account of the Lord casting out a mute demon and being accused of doing so in the name of Beelzebub (Lk 11:14-23) and Him replying, among other words:
“Whoever is not with Me is against Me, whoever does not gather with Me dissipates” (Lk 11:21).
I remain the Master even when they deny Me, I remain the Master even when they turn away from Me. I instituted the Holy Church in the Blood of the Redeeming Cross, and it will endure whatever its governments, whether holy or perjured, whether faithful or unfaithful. My Church, Holy, Catholic and Apostolic – that is, built on My Apostles – will remain even if it dies, just as the death I endured did not defeat Me because I am Life and Life triumphed over death.
Like her Spouse, the holy Church will have the same destiny: She will die, but She will rise again glorious and luminous, and her faithful must never despair of Her. Today She suffers, She is abused, She is mistreated, but She lives by the Life of her Spouse and, like Him, She will reappear among her own, those who have remained faithful to Him and who have not despaired.
Keep the faith, My dearest children, keep My teaching, the one you received from My Holy Church and which has not been deviated, that of My apostles and My saints, and make no mistake about it, God is great, He is Almighty and He will be victorious.
