“When the Christmas holidays are over, a new year will open before you and you will wish each other a good, happy and holy year. Yes, for those who want it and remain united to Me, it will be holy, for I sanctify My own. I take them to My Heart and they learn from Me to live by Divine Providence.
My Divine Providence will take care of you as times become harder. The restrictions won’t let up because there’s no reason for them to. Everything was wrong from the start, the intentions were bad, so there’s no reason for the screw to be loosened. So, you too will have to be skillful and restrained. If you rebel, you’ll be put to test; if you obey, you’ll be their victims. So be yourselves, don’t let yourselves be taken in, and don’t put yourselves in the full glare of opposition – you’ll be targeted and you won’t win.
It’s no good putting yourself within reach of someone stronger than you. Resistance is a good thing when you resist evil, but you have to do it intelligently. If you throw yourself into the lion’s den, you won’t win anything. If you keep a low profile, your longevity will benefit. In an unequal battle, caution is advisable: what makes noise doesn’t do any good.
Continue your life peacefully, pray a lot, fulfill your religious duties, remain united with Me and, for My part, I will be fully with you. I’ll give you further recommendations as the days go by and events unfold, but don’t worry, your Lord is at your side.
Remember, I Myself have shirked several times, either because the people wanted to acclaim Me king, or because the religious authorities wanted to harm Me. I only stood my ground, peacefully, when My time had come. It’s the same for you. Do not force fate, remain calm, attentive to your daily duty, pray and I will not leave you. Calmness, restraint, but courage when the time comes, gentleness on all occasions and the serenity of knowing you are supported by your God, the Master of the world.
I bless you, My children, and I am with you. We’re getting ready for Christmas, the preparatory period, Advent, for this great feast: the coming of God to earth, to His Own. What a moving Divine initiative: only the earth in the whole universe has known such an honor. Be proud to have been informed of it, be happy to be part of God’s family, be proud to love Him and to be loved by Him.
The Blessed Virgin, My Mother, was dazzled in heart and soul to carry the Child God within her. She, too, was unnoticed. She was immensely happy, dignified and deeply contemplative. This is the way every Christian should behave: joyful, contemplative, and proud to be the brother and son of God, just as She was astonished to be the Mother of Her God.”

Come, Holy Spirit, send to us from Heaven a ray of your light. Come, Father of the poor, come, giver of gifts, come, light of hearts. Perfect comforter, sweet guest of the soul, sweetest relief. In toil, rest, in heat, shelter, in weeping comfort. O most blessed light, invade into the depths the hearts of your faithful. Without your strength nothing is in man, nothing is without fault. Wash what is sordid, bathe what is parched, heal what bleeds. Bend that which is stiff, warm that which is icy, straighten that which is astray. Give to your faithful who trust in you alone your Holy Gifts. Give virtue and reward, give holy death, give eternal joy. Amen.
