"We have deluded ourselves into believing that people don’t know that abortion is killing. So any pretense that abortion is not killing is a signal of our ambivalence, a signal that we cannot say yes, it kills a fetus" –Faye Wattleton, President of Planned Parenthood

“Do not give any of your children to be sacrificed to Molek, for you must not profane the name of your God. I am the LORD.” — Leviticus 18:21

moloch

Moloch, also known as Molech, Molekh, Molok, Molek, Melek, Molock, Moloc, Melech, Milcom, or Molcom (representing Semitic מלך m-l-k, a Semitic root meaning “king”) is the name of an ancient Ammonite god. Moloch worship was practiced by the Canaanites, Phoenicians, and related cultures in North Africa and the Levant.

As a god worshiped by the Phoenicians and Canaanites, Moloch had associations with a particular kind of propitiatory child sacrifice by parents.Moloch figures in the Book of Deuteronomy and in the Book of Leviticus as a form of idolatry (Leviticus 18:21: “And thou shalt not let any of thy seed pass through the fire to Moloch”). In the Old Testament, Gehenna was a valley by Jerusalem, where apostate Israelites and followers of various Baalim and Canaanite gods, including Moloch, sacrificed their children by fire (2 Chr. 28:3, 33:6; Jer. 7:31, 19:2–6).

Moloch has been used figuratively in English literature from John Milton’s Paradise Lost (1667) to Allen Ginsberg’s “Howl” (1955), to refer to a person or thing demanding or requiring a very costly sacrifice. – Wikipedia.

With over one billion dollars in assets and a half a billion of taxpayer dollars ($542.4 million) funding their abortion chain1, Planned Parenthood Federation of America (PPFA) is a worldwide force in providing abortions. Although they claim that their ‘Abortion Services’ are only 3% of their medical services, the 333,964 abortions committed provided (using $625 as the average provided by their site) an enormous revenue of over $208,727,500. In addition, the nation’s abortion giant only provided prenatal care to 28,674 women and made a measly 2300 adoption referrals. That’s 145 abortions for every ONE adoption referral. Tragically, 98% of these pregnant women leave Planned Parenthood clinics without a baby. Our tax dollars fund 45% of Planned Parenthood’s budget despite the fact that they’ve failed miserably in reducing the national 49% “unintended” pregnancy rate in nearly two decades. This rate hasn’t changed since 1995, according to the CDC Pregnancy Risk Assessment Monitoring System (PRAMS)2.  The claim that our tax dollars don’t fund abortion is completely false. The Hyde Amendment does not prohibit funding of abortions in cases of rape or incest nor when the life of the mother is endangered.

Liberal feminist icon, Gloria Steinem, sports t-shirt sold by Planned Parenthood

In the image, self-described ‘radical feminist’ Gloria Steinem proudly dons the t-shirt proclaiming “I Had An Abortion”.  Although it is the title of a 2005 documentary featuring Steinem, the t-shirt was sold, proudly, by Planned Parenthood Federation of America (PPFA) in a massive campaign to publicly proclaim the liberating act of abortion.3 Herein lies the hypocrisy of PPFA, who claims the issue of abortion is a private matter (and pours millions of dollars into fighting any legislative infringement of the ‘right to kill a child’), unless of course, publicity of it generates revenue. The amount of dissonance that firmly envelopes PPFA’s propaganda is staggering, denying even the basics of biology. Faye Wattleton, an African-American, was PPFA’s longest serving president from 1978-19924. She sums up the pro-abortion mentality in a rare moment of candor:

Faye Wattleton

“I think we have deluded ourselves into believing that people don’t know that abortion is killing. So any pretense that abortion is not killing is a signal of our ambivalence, a signal that we cannot say yes, it kills a fetus, but it is the woman’s body, and therefore ultimately her choice.” –Faye Wattleton, President of Planned Parenthood, Ms. Magazine, 1997

Human history is replete with movements that placed the rights of a few above the rights of many. It is in this that freedom is often lost, as the tenacious fight for one’s ‘right’ supersedes morality, ignores basic truths, and denies others the most basic fundamental right–life. Sanger’s birth control crusade was about her redefining her concept of society: complete liberation from sexual taboos, from marital fidelity, from a male-dominated civilization that (she believed) placed women in bondage through childbirth. The operative word in ‘Birth Control’ is control and it was the primary goal of this movement….population control.

Margareth Sanger

“Birth control itself, often denounced as a violation of natural law, is nothing more or less than the facilitation of the process of weeding out the unfit, of preventing the birth of defectives or of those who will become defectives.”–Margaret Sanger, “Women and the New Race”, Ch 18.

Planned Parenthood - Care. No Matter What?
In 1962, Alan F. Guttmacher took the helm of Sanger’s Planned Parenthood as the President of the organization.5 While practicing in New York, he was instrumental in changing the  definition of a woman’s health to include abortion. Dr. Guttmacher (an OB/GYN) shifted the focus of the strategically located birth control facilities toward abortion, promoting the newly crafted “right” promised in the landmark Supreme Court Roe v. Wade case. The Guttmacher Institute, named after Alan F. Guttmacher, was originally an arm of Planned Parenthood, established to influence reproductive health policy worldwide.5  Over the past seven years, they have been funded $2.1 million by Planned Parenthood and listed as an “affiliate” on PPFA’s 990 tax forms.

Planned Parenthood and the abortion industry foster a culture that celebrates abandonment and death while pushing for the disintegration of the traditional family. Planned Parenthood simultaneously spends millions of dollars lobbying the federal government to expand its spending on welfare and contraception (e.g. S.N.A.P. and The Affordable Care Act, respectively) while receiving $542.4 million of our tax dollars to push abortion to the vulnerable–especially those abandoned by men.

The word “abortion” occurs 35 times in Planned Parenthood’s 2010 annual report. The words “mother” or “father” don’t appear one single time. They push abortion, not parenthood. Recently, their African American Leadership & Engagement Director, Ludwig P. Gaines, claimed that “abortion and food stamps elevate the black community.” Perpetual welfare, father absence, and rampant abortion elevates no one. As if the false propaganda from the original Negro Project (a Planned Parenthood initiative to reduce or eliminate the birth rates of poorer blacks) wasn’t bad enough, Planned Parenthood is fully engaged in what we now are witnessing as the Negro Project 2.0.

Throughout the last century, this has all been by design, aided by a warped philosophy rooted in racism, elitism and overpopulation mythology. The Jaffe Memo, a 1969 document (written by Planned Parenthood’s Vice President Frederick S. Jaffe) proposed to the infamous Population Council (a eugenics-based population control organization led by its first president, Frederick Osborn, who also served as the President of the American Eugenics Society) how to reduce U.S. fertility sheds a lot of light on the abortion giant’s view of family. Here are just a few of their suggestions:

  • Postpone or avoid marriage
  • Mandatory abortion of all out-of-wedlock births
  • Fertility control agents in water supply
  • Reduce/eliminate paid maternity leave
  • Enact substantial marriage tax, child tax, tax married more than single
  • Additional taxes on parents with more than 1 or 2 children in school
  • Forced sterilization of those having more than two children
  • Offer payments to encourage sterilization
  • Encourage homosexuality

Planned Parenthood fails at preventing pregnancy or STDs and deliberately miseducates the public about basic science and statistical evidence. The abortion giant touts itself as the savior of the black community and of women  in general. They claim, falsely, that if Planned Parenthood were defunded, women will have nowhere to go for health care. The Department of Health and Human Services (Office of Population Affairs) states that there are over 4500 Title-X funded medical clinics throughout the United States, with nearly 1 clinic in nearly 75% of all counties. Although many Planned Parenthood abortion mills receive Title-X funding (against federal guidelines disallowing programs that refer or perform abortions from receiving such funds), it still leaves nearly 4,000 true medical clinics that provide the exact same reproductive healthcare as Planned Parenthood, but don’t perform abortions.

With everything in life, there comes responsibility. And responsibility requires knowing the truth–something in desperately short supply from the political and ideological machine of Planned Parenthood. They deliberately miseducate society on a regular basis. They use words like ‘comprehensive’ and ‘scientifically factual’, just as America’s early eugenists touted, yet their pseudo-science was absurdly false and destructive. Planned Parenthood, for instance, in all of its ‘comprehensiveness’ fails to mention most of the baby’s development (or a single image) in its Stages of Pregnancy8. The following are never mentioned: brain development, hearing (Weeks 17-18), vision, liver making blood cells (week 9), voluntary movement (i.e. open/closing fists), reaction to light (Week 15), unique set of fingerprints (Weeks 13-14), facial expressions (Weeks 13-14), completely developed circulatory system pumping 25 qts of blood/day (Weeks 15-16), respiratory development (Weeks 23-24), identifiable color/texture of hair (Weeks 25), sucking fingers and getting hiccups (Weeks 27-28), reacting to light outside the womb (Week 28)…it goes on and on.  They strip away anything that challenges the unscientific notion that the fetus (Latin for ‘offspring’ or ‘young one’) is actually human.  Notice, too, how much of a burden the entire pregnancy is on the woman, according to their minimally described stages of pregnancy.

This is a direct result of the overriding philosophy of the organization’s founder who stated emphatically: “Woman’s role has been that of an incubator and little more. She has given birth to an incubated race.” 9
